MICHAEL CAN HELP YOU WITH ALL MATTERS RELATING TO VALUATIONS
Valuation work is a large part of our business at PFK, and this is mainly for insurance and inheritance tax matters.
Formal Written Valuations
There are occasions when you may need a formal document to present to an authority – be it an insurance company or the HMRC. This is where PFK can help. By using our valuation services, we can either arrange to attend your property for an hourly rate, or you can bring the item into our Saleroom in order for us to conduct a valuation. The output is a formal written valuation which can be used for insurance and inheritance tax purposes.
