Regular bidders at our sales will have noticed that we have replaced one of our onlinebidding providers recently, switching from to Based in the UK, is an increasingly popular platform and, together with will feature as a live bidding option at all of our auctions, both Fine & Rare and Fortnightly Interiors. In the couple of months that we have been running we have noticed a significant rise in fresh bidders to the sales and we’d welcome you to take and look!


This summer, we’ve experimented with holding valuation days across Cumbria as we look to expand the quality and quantity of our sales. Events in the South Lakes were particularly well attended and so look out for further valuation events near you.

St Andrews Church, Penrith Valuation Morning, Saturday 15th June

Our recent valuation morning in aid of St Andrews Church, Penrith was an astonishing success, raising not only £300 for Church causes but also seeing an incredible volume of people and objects. Booked to run between 10am-1pm, the event ran over till nearly 2pm. With £1 charged per object for a valuation, you can see how busy we were!
